Our London gift cards are location-specific. Please select the restaurant where the gift card will be redeemed.

1. This gift card can only be used at the selected location.
Gift cards purchased for Leicester Square / Rupert Street can only be redeemed there, and gift cards purchased for Borough Yards can only be redeemed at Borough Yards. The two locations do not accept each other’s gift cards.
2. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After 12 months, the gift card will expire and any remaining balance will become invalid. Expired gift cards and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Angry Crab Shack eGift Cards purchased for our UK restaurants.
1. Location
Each gift card is issued for the specific Angry Crab Shack location selected when the gift card is purchased.
A gift card purchased for Angry Crab Shack Leicester Square may only be redeemed at Angry Crab Shack Leicester Square.
A gift card purchased for Angry Crab Shack Borough Yards may only be redeemed at Angry Crab Shack Borough Yards.
Gift cards cannot currently be transferred between the two locations or redeemed at other Angry Crab Shack restaurants unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Validity
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After 12 months, the gift card will expire and any remaining balance will become invalid.
Expired gift cards and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, subject always to applicable consumer law.
3. Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible food and drink purchases at the restaurant for which the card was issued.
If the value of a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Where supported by the Toast gift card system, any unused balance will remain available for future eligible purchases until the applicable expiry date. No cash change will be provided for unused gift card balances.
4. Purchasing an eGift Card
eGift Cards are purchased online through our gift card service provided using the Toast platform.
Customers are responsible for checking that the correct restaurant location, gift card value and recipient information have been entered before completing the purchase.
5. Delivery
eGift Cards are delivered electronically using the contact information entered during purchase.
Angry Crab Shack cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect recipient information supplied by the purchaser.
If an eGift Card has not been received, please contact the relevant Angry Crab Shack restaurant and we will assist where reasonably possible.
6. Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards
Please treat an eGift Card and its identifying information as you would cash.
Angry Crab Shack cannot guarantee replacement of a lost, stolen, deleted or improperly shared gift card.
Where sufficient proof of purchase and card information is available, we may be able to investigate the remaining balance and assist at our discretion.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Any request to cancel or refund the purchase of a gift card will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and any statutory rights available to the purchaser.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. Purchases Made Using a Gift Card
Where a refund is agreed for a purchase originally paid for using a gift card, the refund may be returned to the relevant gift card or otherwise processed in accordance with the restaurant’s applicable refund policy and your statutory rights.
9. Checking Your Balance
Customers can check the remaining balance of an eligible eGift Card using the balance-check facility linked on this page, where available.
10. Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or deactivate a gift card where we reasonably believe that it has been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Changes
We may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will not affect statutory consumer rights and will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
